Darryl and Erika McCauley of Wilmington pleaded guilty to stealing from the comedian while Darryl McCauley was working as Cook's business manager.
McCauley and his wife have already been sentenced to several years in prison.
However, the Massachusetts attorney general has added to their sentence, saying they must give millions of dollars in restitution back to Cook.
