The owner of the Park Place Shopping Center filed an eviction lawsuit this week against "Roe Restaurant".
The lawsuit claims the business owes about $20 thousand, the equivalent of a little more than one month of rent.
Roe has had several security problems over the last three years. Two men were shot in the parking lot last year. And in 2008, Alcoholic Beverage Control tried to suspend the club owner's license because of reports of numerous violent incidents.
The club owner's attorney did not return our calls for comment.
