Happy Tails: Precious

Precious is a shy and independent dog. She likes to stay close to you and will follow you everywhere, but she isn't one to enjoy having to cuddle. She likes to sit with you on the couch, but she will stay to the opposite end instead of sleeping next to you. At night she will want to sleep with you on the bed, but will stick to her own corner instead of snuggling close. She is happier being an independent companion than a cuddly lap dog. She doesn't mind being held if you want to pick her up just don't expect her to come begging for attention.

Precious lived with other dogs, cats and guinea pigs in her foster home and was very playful with the other animals. She is housebroken and crate trained and enjoys playing with stuffed toys, squeaky toys, and rope toys. As with most little dogs you can expect some barking but she will make a nice companion for a calmer household.
