Stephanie Costa was arrested at her Clovis home. Police accuse her of damaging her boyfriends garage door and bedroom door before scratching him on the face.
Costa posted bail and was released.
In a previous story on Action News, Costa is challenging the State Labor Commissioner and fighting to keep the more than $1 million dollars in fines she's been ordered to pay. The assisted living provider, who appeared on an episode of "Millionaire Matchmaker," is accused of labor law violations.
