ANAHEIM, Calif. -- From newly announced movies to rides and lands under construction at Disney parks around the world, we brought you all the live updates from D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
This gathering of official Disney fan club members took place at the Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center in Anaheim, California from Aug. 14 through Aug. 16.
The Honda Center was home to the Disney Entertainment Showcase Friday night, the Disney Experiences Showcase Saturday night and the Disney Legends Award Ceremony Sunday afternoon.

"Aloha D23!"
Alongside hosts Ke Huy Quan and Ginnifer Goodwin, a beaming Maia Kealoha took to the showcase stage to tell the audience "thank you to the best fans in the world!"
With the help of Experiment 626, she also announced that the live action "Lilo & Stitch 2" will be in theaters May 28, 2028
An extended D23 exclusive clip from the upcoming film, "Gatto," was shown during the Disney Entertainment Showcase.
Starring Mark Ruffalo and Laurence Fishburne, the highly anticipated film hits theaters on March 5, 2027.
Pixar is officially diving into the supernatural with its very first ghost movie, "Ghost Market."
"Ghost Market" haunts theaters in Spring 2028.
"Kingdom Hearts" fans, get ready. Two big announcements were made during the Disney Entertainment Showcase.
"Coco" star Benjamin Bratt announced that "Kingdom Hearts IV" is coming and the world of "Coco" will be brought into the universe. He will voice Ernesto de la Cruz in the game.
And for the first time ever, "Kingdom Hearts" will come to life as a new anime television series on Disney+.
