TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two men were arrested after a traffic stop led to the discovery of at least 185 pounds of stolen copper wire in Tulare County.

They also recovered 112 pounds of AT&T telecommunications cables, 20 pounds of brass irrigation valves, radiators and additional scrap metal -- all believed to be stolen.
