Man's body found on roof of Fresno High School building identified

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The man's body that was found on the roof of a building at Fresno High School on Friday has been identified as 30-year-old Daniel Ramirez.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office says that there is nothing suspicious surrounding his death, and that it appears his body had been on the roof for several days or even weeks.

An investigation is underway as police piece together how Ramirez got on top of the roof.

Authorities were called out to the campus around 11 a.m.

Police say a staff member found Ramirez's body on top of a small building outside the school's library on Echo and Weldon.
