Rough Fire prompts evacuations for parts of Sierra National Forest

The Rough Fire forced mandatory evacuations for parts of the Sierra National Forest on Sunday, as crews fought to keep the flames from spreading. The lightning-sparked fire just north of Hume Lake had burned more than 17,000 acres and had zero containment.
