FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- No plea deal has been offered so far to a former Fresno County judge indicted by a federal grand jury on sexual assault and obstruction charges

During a status conference today, the government requested that a trial confirmation hearing for Adolfo Corona be set for July 26, 2027, and a jury trial in August.

In August 2025, a grand jury returned a five- count indictment against the former Superior Court Judge.

The 66-year-old is charged with sexually assaulting two court employees, making false statements to cover up his alleged crimes, and obstructing the investigation.

Two years ago, Corona pleaded not guilty to earlier county charges.

He also denies the federal indictment.
