FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Twenty-eight days. That's how long it's been since Whisper Owen's family has seen her and her 8-month-old daughter, Sandra.
"I want my daughter found by any means necessary, but any help I can get. I've got to find her. I've got to find my little grandbaby, she's just a sweet little baby," said Whisper's mother, Vickie Torres.
Owen drove to see family and go to a doctor's appointment in Fresno on July 15. The family said she left in the evening hours to go back home to Sacramento.
When her boyfriend alerted the family she wasn't home, they called the Fresno County Sheriff's Office.

Since the disappearance, the family has not stopped looking for Whisper and Sandra.
"We can't just sit here and wonder if she's OK. Furthermore, at this point, it's been so long, I don't know what we're hoping to find, but I hope that we find them cause I'm out of the situation. They can't just disappear and us not know," said Whisper's brother, Richard Owen.
Whisper is believed to have traveled from Fresno through Atwater in the North Valley.
Video obtained by Action News shows Owen driving in Waterford. This is the last known sighting of Whisper and Sandra.
Her brother was told her phone last pinged in Oakdale, less than 80 miles away from her home in Sacramento.
Whisper's car had a missing headlight, as well as damage to the side of the SUV.
"These are something you're not going to see on any vehicle out there. I've seen so many of these Trailblazers while I'm out there looking for her," said her brother Richard.
Her family explains that she most likely avoided the highway because of an outstanding warrant she was trying to take care of earlier this year.
"She has a warrant from an old charge for child endangerment that she's already been sentenced on, and she had tried to turn herself in after the baby was born. Unfortunately, with high blood pressure, local law enforcement in Sacramento would not keep her; they released her," said Richard.
Still, the family is pleading with the public to help bring Whisper and Sandra home.
"I'm just at my wits' end, I need help. I need to find her," said Torres.
The family is encouraging anyone with information to reach out to detectives as this investigation is ongoing.
