How to avoid having AI interfere in our relationships

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new study from Brown University is raising a red flag about the use of artificial intelligence chatbots for mental health support.

We spoke to author Jeff Burningham about how to lean into our humanity, rather than let AI pull us away from our relationships.

You can check out Jeff's book for more tips and information on this topic.

It's called "The Last Book Written by a Human."
