Local foster family agency hosting first golf tournament fundraiser

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A local foster family agency created 37 years ago is hosting its first annual golf tournament fundraiser.

The event in August honors the life and legacy of the founder of A Positive Attitude Outlook, Incorporated.
