Man found dead lying in the road in Visalia, police say

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- An investigation is underway after a man was found dead lying in the road in Visalia.

Officers responded to the report just before 8 p.m. Friday on Kelsey Street, north of Riggin Avenue.

Visalia Police say their traffic unit is actively investigating and did not provide additional details.
