Military veteran and community activist Charlie Waters has died

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Military veteran and community activist Charlie Waters has died. Waters is well known for his hard work on behalf of Fresno and the Central Valley -- especially all he has done at the Fresno veterans home and for veterans' issues.
