Shoulder Tap Program aims to crack down on underage drinking

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- This weekend marks the largest effort to crack down on underage drinking since 2019.

It's called Operation Shoulder Tap.

We spoke with the Supervising Agent in Charge who oversees the statewide operation, and his clear message to the community.
