SPCA holding Veterans Day adoption promotion special

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Central California SPCA is holding a "Veterans Day Adoption Promotion" special.

From now until Monday the adoption fees for dogs will be $120 and $60 for cats.

Veterans or their spouses just have to show a military ID, their discharge papers, or any veteran's affairs document to receive the discount.
