Woman killed in crash involving commercial vehicle in Fresno County, CHP says

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman is dead following a crash in Fresno County on Monday.

It happened just after 7 am Monday on Chestnut between North and Annadale Avenue.

Officers say a commercial vehicle towing a mobile trailer pulled out in front of a woman driving an Acura.

She could not avoid the other vehicle and collided with the back of the trailer.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the commercial vehicle was not injured and stayed at the scene to cooperate with officers.

The woman has not been identified.
