Merced County has given the green light for the Foster Farms plant in Livingston to open.
Family, friends, and community members in Livingston came together to pay tribute to the lives lost while working at the Foster Farms plant, and to demand the company make permanent changes.
Foster Farm said all full-time and part-time employees must be tested before coming back to work on Monday evening, and they also plan to regularly test the employees to control the spread of COVID-19.
