Four people were killed Monday in a shooting on a subway train outside Chicago, police said. The suspect got away but was subsequently arrested on a train on a different route.
PG&E reports at least 65,000 customers are still affected by a massive power outage in San Francisco. The outage first began around 9:20 a.m. At its peak, around 95,000 customers were affected.
