Roger Federer eases into 4th round at Wimbledon despite dropping set

Seven-time champion Roger Federer had no trouble moving into the fourth round at Wimbledon despite losing a set, defeating Sam Groth of Australia 6-4, 6-4, 6-7 (5), 6-2 at the All England Club.
