Raiders' Sean Smith pleads not guilty to assault, battery charges
Raiders cornerback Sean Smith pleaded not guilty Friday to assault and battery charges after allegedly beating his sister's boyfriend and stomping on his head in July. Smith is due back in court Nov. 6.
