Authorities say Dr. Oz and several other officers flipped the man onto his back, began chest compressions and ultimately used a defibrillator to revive him.
Officer Jack Collins arrested 27-year-old Ullah Akayed at gunpoint with the assistance of three other PAPD officers: Sean Gallagher, Anthony Manfredini and Drew Preston.
The suspect has been identified as 27-year-old Akayed Ullah, who is from Bangladesh and has been in the country for seven years. He reportedly lived at an address in Brooklyn.
