Jets get CB Rashard Robinson from 49ers, who release QB Brian Hoyer

In a trade with the 49ers on Tuesday, the Jets got CB Rashard Robinson, who may start Thursday. San Francisco also released QB Brian Hoyer, who is expected to sign with the Patriots.
