Visalia Police arrest 25-year-old man for hitting child in the face

VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police say Andrew Sedillo walked up to a car on South Mooney Boulevard last night while the driver was using the ATM machine.

They do not know why, but Sedillo punched the 10-year-old girl in the face while she was sitting in the car. He also hit a second person before he took off.

A police canine tracked him down and officers arrested him for battery. Police say the child will make a full recovery.
