Atwater Police need help locating missing man

Atwater Police need your help finding a man who was last seen four days ago.

Police say Franklin Elliott Martin, 31, was last seen Friday morning picking up his paycheck from his employer in Atwater.

But, they say no one has heard from him since and his wife and his family are very concerned.

Anyone who may know of his whereabouts is asked to contact Atwater Police.
