FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A local group behind a "sweded" version of a 'Star Wars' trailer is getting national attention.

An entry in the November Swede Fest in downtown Fresno replicates the trailer, scene by scene. One of the actors in several of the films, Ewan McGregor, retweeted a post about the swede, stating "Well done, guys!"

Two men known as "dumb drum" got some help from their friends, including ABC photojournalist Matt Hackney, to put together the low-budget remake of the popular trailer. They said it took them about two weeks to pull it all off, shooting on location, at each others homes and jobs and using homemade props.

Since being posted Wednesday, the "swede" been viewed more than 300,000 times.
