FRESNO, Calif. -- Santa rode in on a motorcycle, along with a few of his friends, to deliver stuffed animals to children staying at the hospital's burn unit and other wards.

Bear Campbell helps collect toys all year to help make the holiday a little brighter for local families.

Volunteers say they're just happy to help.

"Bear gave us the oportunity to do this, so we just keep doing it. Happy to see the kids smile. They're unfortunate to be in here, so it's a good thing to do," said Ramzy Saleh, Santa's helper.

Bear Campbell and his friends have been delivering stuffed animals every year since 2009.
