Police look for Merced shooting suspect

MERCED, Calif. (KFSN) -- Merced police are talking to witnesses this morning for more information on an overnight shooting.

Officers were called to an apartment on Denver Avenue and Olive Avenue around 2 a.m. Wednesday morning where they found a man shot several gunshots in the legs. He is expected to survive.

Police believe the shooter fired at the victim from a nearby garage, but so far, there's no description of the gunman.
