The shooting happened at Yale and Winery Avenues, near the Fresno Yosemite International Airport. Police say a group of people got into an argument when a suspect pulled out a gun and began shooting.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two people are recovering in the hospital after they were shot in East-Central Fresno Friday night, police say.

The shooting happened at Yale and Winery Avenues, near the Fresno Yosemite International Airport, around 9:30 p.m. Police say a group of people got into an argument when a suspect pulled out a gun and began shooting.

Two victims were transported to Community Regional Medical Center in stable condition.

No suspect description has been released, and police say the victims are not cooperating.
