Communities across the Valley will be coming together Wednesday to honor our veterans.

CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- Communities across the Valley will be coming together Wednesday to honor our veterans.

In Clovis, a full day of activities are planned to honor those who have served or are serving our country.

Clovis has a rich history of service, but city leaders also like to take time to share, educate and connect over this service. The district is holding the events Wednesday to remember the fallen who have sacrificed for America's freedom, to honor those who have served and are currently serving and to educate the community about Veterans Day.

Today the Clovis Veterans Memorial District will hold its annual Vetrans Day. It starts off early at 7 a.m. Annual pancake breakfast put on by the VFW Post 3235

9 a.m. Veterans movies and gallery .

9:30 a.m. Veterans parkway will be unveiled on Hughes Avenue and 4th Street.

11 a.m. Patriotic concert will be put on by the Clovis Community Band.

Events will continue into the evening.
