Nevada defeats Fresno State, 27-22

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Despite trailing 21-6 at the half, the Bulldogs comeback attempt comes up short in Reno on Saturday Night.

Fresno State scored 9 points in the 4th quarter and had a chance to take lead late in the 4th but Chason Virgil's pass on 4th and goal was incomplete securing the win for Nevada. Fresno State has lost 4 games in a row, is 1-5 overall (0-2 MW). The Bulldogs return home Friday, October 14th to host San Diego State.
