Highway 41 north of Lemoore reopens after fatal crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- All lanes of Highway 41 north of Lemoore are back open after being closed due to a deadly crash on Monday.

The California Highway Patrol says the collision -- which involved two big rigs and a car -- was reported just before 5 p.m. on southbound 41, south of Laguna Avenue.

Officers say one person died and two others suffered major injuries.

The highway was closed at Laguna Avenue for several hours.

Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the fatal crash.
