Running Horse Developer Dies in Fresno

Fresno, CA, USA Police found Scott Webb's body on Wednesday. Officers said Webb had been dead for several days inside a room at a motel in West Central Fresno. They don't suspect foul play.

He and Tom Omeara came up with plans to develop a world class golf course and housing development in Southwest Fresno. But running horse went bankrupt and investors lost millions of dollars.
