Razor Recalls Scooters, Dirt Quads

Four of them required surgery. Razor USA is also recalling some 30-thousand dirt quad vehicles because of a faulty throttle.

The throttle can malfunction and accelerate too quickly. Two people have reportedly been injured while riding the motorbikes.
