Joseph G. Vansciver 4th was arrested early Monday morning and charged with endangering the welfare of children.
Police say a computer flash drive containing images of nude and partially nude 8-14 year old boys belonging to Vansciver was discovered by an acquaintance of the suspect.
The flash drive was turned over to Officer Jon D'Augustine of the Egg Harbor Township Police Department and he responded to Vansciver's Delilah Terrance residence.
Vansciver is being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
The Egg Harbor Township Criminal Investigation Bureau continues to investigate this incident.
