On Friday, a judge fined John Grant nearly $600.
Police say he used the weapon on his wife after the couple made a bet on the Bears-Packers game last November at a bar in Wisconsin.
Under the bet, the loser would get shocked by the winner.
Grant's wife called police when her husband used the stun gun on her three times.
