Homicide detectives investigating after body found in Auberry

AUBERRY, Calif. (KFSN) -- Homicide detectives have launched an investigation after finding a body in Auberry overnight.

Investigators say a 911 caller reported seeing a body near Auberry Mission Road around 9 pm on Saturday.

Responding deputies say it's unclear how the body got there and have yet to release an identity.
