Fatal crash blocks NB HWY 99 near Selma

CHP said one person was killed on the on-ramp of Mountain View and northbound Highway 99.

The crash happened around 12:45 on Monday. Two lanes of northbound Highway 99 are blocked. Traffic is backed up through Kingsburg.
