VIDEO: Funnel cloud spotted near Dinuba

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A funnel cloud was spotted in Tulare County as a storm system moves through the South Valley.

ABC30 insider Kathy Manning captured video of the cloud off of Road 80 south of Dinuba Wednesday morning.
