This gathering of official Disney fan club members takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center in Anaheim, California through Sunday.
The Honda Center was home to the Disney Entertainment Showcase Friday night. It will host Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase Saturday night and the Disney Legends Award Ceremony on Sunday afternoon.
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress at Walt Disney World is being updated with all new stories.
It will start in the 1960s and end in the present day and beyond.
A new scene set in the 1980s was shown during the showcase.
The characters shown will be voiced by Jamie Lee Curtis and Bryan Cranston
The new take on the classic attraction will debut late spring 2027.
Filmmaker Leslie Iwerks announced that they're currently filming the second season of "The Imagineering Story."
The first season, a six-part documentary miniseries, shares the history of Walt Disney Imagineering and is streaming now on Disney+
A sneak peek at the new season was shown during the Disney Experiences Showcase.
The new season will debut in early 2028.

After a short introduction in which he addressed the audience, host Neil Patrick Harris began performing a song and dance routine set to classic Disney songs and included special guests like Darren Criss, Megan Hilty and Jack McBrayer.
The cast of "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" held a panel at D23 and it was electric! Walker Scobell, Aryan Simhadri and the rest of the cast gathered to talk about Season 3 and answer some fun questions about their characters.
