2-year-old drowns in pool at Tulare County home, officials say

TULARE COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A toddler died after being found in a pool in Tulare County on Tuesday.

It happened around 4 pm at a home on Alta Drive in Cutler.

When they arrived, they learned a two-year-old boy had wandered into the backyard and was found unresponsive in an above-ground pool.

CPR was performed on the child and he was taken to the hospital, but did not survive.
