1-year-old Monterey County boy found safe after AMBER Alert issued

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. -- A one-year-old boy who police say was abducted in Monterey County has been found safe. An AMBER Alert had been in effect for Monterey, Alameda and Santa Clara counties.

Police say Emiliano Salinas was abducted from Soledad, California shortly before 5 a.m. on Monday.
