Annual patriotic concert returning to Fresno during America 250 celebration

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An annual patriotic concert returns to Fresno this week, but this year's performance is extra special.

It comes as the city of Fresno celebrates the 250th anniversary of the United States.
