Central Fresno charter school now enrolling new students

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Golden Charter Academy in central Fresno is now enrolling new students.

It's the nation's first nature-based urban charter school, founded by former NFL player Robert Golden.

The school focuses on sustainability and blends academics with hands-on learning.

Enrollment is now open for TK through 7th grade.
