Clippers waive Chuck Hayes

LOS ANGELES -- The Clippers have waived center-power forward Chuck Hayes, who signed with the team nearly two months ago.

He averaged 0.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in four preseason games with the team.

The roster stands at 15 heading into the Clippers' season opener next week.
