Former Bullard High School teacher pleads guilty to federal sex crimes

A former Bullard High School teacher has pleaded guilty to federal charges of sex acts with students in his classroom.

Beginning sometime in 2024, until February of last year, court documents say now 39-year-old Ray Waller communicated with a teen sending and receiving obscene photos by text, voice and iMessage.

He will be sentenced on December 14 and faces up to 60 years in federal prison for three combined charges. Waller also faces state charges.
