FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The custom cane for a 90-year-old Air Force veteran and retired Fresno police lieutenant has been found after going missing for a couple of weeks.

EDITOR'S NOTE: The video above is from a previous broadcast and will be updated.

Action News spoke with Jim Pryce Tuesday morning, who said that after initially thinking it was lost at the Clovis Costco, it was actually lost at the Gibson Farm Market.

An employee at the market called Clovis police to report they had it.

Jim said the cane he uses every day represents both his military and law enforcement service.

The Maplewood cane is decorated with pins that commemorate different parts of his life and service. Pryce said the pins also remind him of a trip to Washington, D.C., through the Honor Flight program.

While a new one was already being made, Jim was hoping the original would be found because of its sentimental value.
