Elderly man and woman killed in hit-and-run in Reedley, police say

REEDLEY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A search is underway for a driver after police say two people in Reedley were killed in a hit-and-run.

Authorities were called out to Manning at Haney avenues just before 5 am Tuesday.

Police arrived and found an elderly man and woman hit by a vehicle. They both died from their injuries.

Authorities are now searching for the driver they say fled the scene.

No information on a suspect vehicle has been released.
