Event raising money for Valley Children's Injury Prevention Program

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- We are less than a month away from a special event raising money for Valley Children's Injury Prevention Program.

The Kiwanis River Run is happening September 20 and benefits the program's effort in promoting safety and protecting the health of kids across Central California.

We sat down with Rosemary Hernandez and Kristina Pasma to discuss the event.
