Fashion Fair Mall partners with DICK'S Sporting Goods to bring 'House of Sport'

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- We're getting a view of several construction projects now underway at Fashion Fair Mall in northeast Fresno.

SkyView30 was over the former Forever 21 building near Shaw and First.

You can see scaffolding up on the roof as work continues.

The mall has partnered with Dick's Sporting Goods to build a sports-focused retail concept called "House of Sport."

The store will feature a rock-climbing wall, along with soccer, baseball and golf training cages.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.

It will be the first Dick's House of Sport location in California.

Meanwhile, construction is scheduled to begin on the mall's outdoor village.

Plans include upgrades to landscaping, seating areas, and lighting.
